This Privacy Policy describes how AXON Trailer ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application to connect to and control AXON hydraulic pump and crane power units via Bluetooth.
We built AXON Trailer to require as little personal data as possible. There is no account, no sign-up, and no user profile — the App works by pairing directly with your AXON hardware over Bluetooth.

We do not use collected information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the App, supporting connected hardware, and diagnosing technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Bluetooth pairing information is stored locally on your device by the operating system. Optional connection location reports may be queued locally and uploaded to Firebase Firestore when a network connection is available. Access to location history in our systems is restricted to authorized administrators. We take reasonable technical measures to protect data in accordance with Google's Firebase security standards.
Crash diagnostic data is retained by Firebase Crashlytics according to Google's standard retention policies. Connection location reports are retained in Firestore until deleted by an administrator. Bluetooth pairing data remains on your device until you unpair the device or uninstall the App.
AXON Trailer is intended for use by adult operators of industrial and vehicle-mounted hydraulic equipment. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
